- Google sign-in: your name, email, and profile picture. Never your password, and no access to Gmail or Drive.
- Applications: your CV, contact details, cover note, and the role you applied for.
- Site data: IP address, browser, and pages visited. Cookies keep you signed in.
Never send us these
Bank or card details, passwords, or government ID numbers. We never ask for them here.
2. How we use it
- Replying to your enquiry.
- Running and securing your careers account.
- Reviewing your application and arranging interviews.
- Keeping the site secure and meeting our legal obligations.
No advertising, and no automated shortlisting — our hiring team decides.
3. Your CV
- Stored encrypted, visible only to the hiring team for the role you applied for.
- Never shared with other employers or recruiters.
- Deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
4. Security and sharing
- Encrypted in transit and at rest; access limited to staff who need it.
- Shared only with the providers who host, authenticate, and store our data, and with authorities where the law requires it.
- Never sold, rented, or traded.
5. Your choices
- Ask what we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent, or disconnect Siddiona in your Google Account settings.
- Complain to us, then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Enquiries are kept up to 24 months and site logs up to 12 months. The site is for ages 18 and over. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the current version.
