1. What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone, company, and message.
- Google sign-in: your name, email, and profile picture. Never your password, and no access to Gmail or Drive.
- Applications: your CV, contact details, cover note, and the role you applied for.
- Site data: IP address, browser, pages visited, referral source, and campaign parameters. Cookies and local storage keep you signed in and retain first- and latest-touch attribution for up to 90 days.
Never send us these
Bank or card details, passwords, or government ID numbers. We never ask for them here.
2. How we use it
- Replying to your enquiry.
- Running and securing your careers account.
- Reviewing your application and arranging interviews.
- Keeping the site secure and meeting our legal obligations.
- Measuring website traffic and campaign performance through Google Analytics 4, and associating campaign attribution with enquiries and job applications.
No advertising, and no automated shortlisting — our hiring team decides.
Current analytics setting
Google Analytics currently loads when the site opens, without a consent banner. This is a product and privacy configuration choice, not a statement that the approach satisfies every law or jurisdiction.
3. Your CV
- Stored encrypted, visible only to the hiring team for the role you applied for.
- Never shared with other employers or recruiters.
- Deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
4. Security and sharing
- Encrypted in transit and at rest; access limited to staff who need it.
- Shared only with the providers who host, authenticate, store, email, and measure use of our site, including Google Analytics, and with authorities where the law requires it.
- Never sold, rented, or traded.
5. Your choices
- Ask what we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent, or disconnect Siddiona in your Google Account settings.
- Complain to us, then to the Data Protection Board of India.
Enquiries are kept up to 24 months and site logs up to 12 months. The site is for ages 18 and over. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the current version.
